ashlove is the CEO and Lead Strategist at ashlove, LLC.

ash has a Masters of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. ashlove renders services in the areas of coaching, wholeness planning, embodied strategic planning, culture alignment, and group facilitation for companies and organizations prepared to live into values that center the most marginalized. ash has also been a part of various boards, hush harbors, house meetings, artist hubs, campaigns, strategy meetings, research projects and advisory committees. ash has provided training across the country in social work practice, organizational development and strategies, shifting , youth development and youth activism, creativity for community change, community organizing, and more -- including annual invitations to lecture in accredited social work programs.

ash honors themselves as a creative, endeavoring to include creativity in every aspect of her work. she uses many aspects of art as wellness practices and as community wellness practices; inlcuding the art of storytelling, photography, painting, and other creative projects. she is the curator of the "Trust Black Women" eco system, a project that center the voices and historically subjugated knowledges of Black women.
